About Kostas Real Estate
After a short break from the industry, Toni Kostas is back and working under her own brand – Kostas Real Estate.
Toni is an experienced Real Estate professional with 14 years’ experience representing property owners in Brisbane and more recently 8 years in Darwin. In partnership with husband Peter Sargeant, the team aims to provide “good old-fashioned service.”
They identified a need in the real estate space in the Northern Territory’s Top End for a mature, client focussed team and knew that they had to go into business together.

Toni Kostas
After, 22 years as a Real Estate sales professional, Toni was approached global leader IWG (International Workplace Group), to manage their Darwin Serviced Office operations.
IWG operates Regus Business Centres around the world, offering offices and meeting rooms to all different sized organisations on a flexible basis and Toni had responsibility for both Darwin centres, as well as centres in Canberra and Wollongong.
Throughout her time with IWG, Toni was continually contacted by past clients to assist them with selling their homes; another reason that she and Peter decided that starting their own Real Estate business would be viable.
Another role Toni assumed whilst running Darwin’s Regus Centres was assisting companies source rental accommodation for their employees relocating to Darwin. Her success in this area contributed to the decision to commence a real estate business embracing both sales and rentals.
Peter Sargeant
Peter has a background in senior business management across the Private Enterprise, Corporate Multi-nationals, Government and Not-for-Profit business sectors and has been a resident of the Territory for over 13 years.
He also enjoys renovating properties so will bring a wealth of practical knowledge to their Property Management portfolio.
Peter and Toni are also involved in the local community, Toni by working with the Darwin High School Council committees and Peter as a Board Member of Total Recreation, an NDIS provider with a focus on activity support, rather than the traditional care model.
